Firex: Commercial Vegetable Washers

The Dreener Series of commercial automatic vegetable washers from Firex makes the task of washing large quantities of fruits or vegetables effortless all while saving water, time and energy.

Thanks to the new tilting baskets provided, washing fruits and vegetables is simple because any kind of product can be retrieved easily, effortlessly and without the use of expensive motorised mechanisms.

Removable walls on this professional vegetable washer allow you to divide the washing tank into multiple compartments and to wash different types and quantities of products at the same time, with obvious savings in water, time and energy.

In addition, the special conformation of this automatic vegetable washer allows the complete disposal of the washing water at the end of the cycle. The drilled false bottom allows dirt to be deposited on the bottom of the tank, without allowing the food to pass through.

Three versatile models

Three versatile models with capacities of 150 / 225 / 300 litres.
Basin (subdivided into sections) in stainless steel AISI 304, thickness 20/10.
The basin bottom has a special shape which permits the complete discharge of the water and the washing residuals.
False removable bottom with trimmed holes to avoid any damage of the product, made of AISI 304.
Overflow with removable filter in stainless steel.
Stainless steel feet, adjustable in height.
Automatic charge of the water into the basin, controlled by means of level probe and solenoid valve.
Automatic bottom washing system “Limpid Water”.
Adjustable washing vortex, created by multiple nozzles.
Timer to adjust the washing time.

MODULAR WASHING BASIN
The supplied removable walls allow the ability to subdivide the washing basin into several sections and to wash different types and quantities of vegetables at the same time. The result: saving of water, energy, time and – most of all – money.

TILTING BASKETS
Each vegetable washer can be supplied with tilting baskets, of 2 sizes, to discharge the product. Perfect alternative to the slower and more expensive motorised systems.

LIMPID WATER FUNCTION
By means of 3 high pressure nozzles, at the end of the cycle, even the smallest dirt deposits are washed away from the bottom of the basin. Without any manual operation you will always use perfectly clean water everytime.
