The Multi Level Cooking feature on the new Eloma Joker ovens allows you the flexibility to cook multiple products to perfection at the same time when using the same cooking technique.
All you need to do is program which foods you need cooked and what tray level you want them placed on and the Joker works out when each dish needs to be placed into the oven for all elements to be finished at the same time.
Combine this feature with the End Time function and you can see how powerful this little oven is.
