The Genius Logical, a new range of self contained multifunction blast chillers from Polaris, are the natural evolution of multifunctional equipment giving you freedom at your finger tips to create your own combined work cycle.

With 190 preloaded recipes, more than 20 pre-loaded combined cycles and an infinite combination of functions in combined work cycles, Genius Logical allows you to take advantage of the various phases of heat and cold to optimise your work flow.
