We recently had the privilege of working along side the extremely talented Alessandro Pavoni and his wonderful team when it came to designing and installing the new kitchen for his nationally acclaimed restaurant Ormeggio at the Spit in Mosman.
We were approached early in 2020 by Vince from Zofrea Enterprises, who was in charge of the contract for the new kitchen install, to start putting together initial concepts to fit the clients needs as well as the available space.

Alessandro provided us with his requirements and must have appliances and along with the help of Vince we went through several iterations of the design until it was perfect.
The installation was finalised and commissioned late last year and we are extremely proud of the finished kitchen and wish Alessandro and his team many happy and productive years using their Baron equipment.
