We offer two different sized Baron cooking ranges (650 & 700 Series) to help with space requirements and budgets, with both featuring gas cook tops and electric ovens underneath as well as AGA approval, making it safe and easy to simulate the real thing in a learning environment for the trainee chefs.

Safety features have also been implemented as standard (700 Series version only) such as gas cook tops supplied with electric ignition for lighting the burners, making it a lot safer for students and no need for matches or sparker guns.
This range of equipment is also designed to be easy to clean, easy to use and to be able to take the knocks and bumps of a busy kitchen.
